  1. You can cancel your order until the invoice is generated. If canceled, the order amount will be refunded to the source account within 7 to 10 working days. No cancellations or refund requests can be entertained once the invoice is generated. For EMI canceled orders, the refund process includes deducting applicable interest.

3. How do I request product replacement in the case of a manufacturing defect?

  1. If you experience a product failure due to a manufacturing defect, promptly report it to the Company or its authorized dealer. Provide all necessary information to assist in resolving the defect. The Company will promptly repair or replace the affected product as per the terms of the product warranty.
