  2. Refund Process: If you cancel your order before the invoice is generated, the canceled order amount will be credited back to the source account within 7 to 10 working days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.

  3. Refund for EMI Canceled Orders: For orders placed using EMI (Equated Monthly Installment), the refund process will include the deduction of applicable interest as per the standards set by the bank.

  4. No Refunds Post-Invoice Generation: Please note that once the invoice is generated, we cannot entertain cancellation requests or refund requests. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase decisions.

Product Replacement Process:

  1. Manufacturing Defects: In the unfortunate event of a product failure due to a manufacturing defect, provided that you promptly report the failure to the Company or its authorized dealer and provide all necessary information to assist in resolving the defect, we will take steps to address the issue.

  2. Warranty Terms: Product repair or replacement will be conducted in accordance with the terms outlined in the product warranty. However, please be aware that this obligation does not apply to products that have been neglected or not maintained as per the instructions provided in the warranty manual.
